Join us for the FCA Australia Day 2025 Community Celebration, a vibrant and inclusive event that brings people together to reflect, respect and celebrate our nation's diverse cultures. Hosted by the Federation of Chinese Associations (FCA), the peak body representing 170 Chinese associations in Victoria, this event will feature traditional Chinese performances alongside Indigenous cultural displays, including storytelling, a smoking ceremony (video)Indigenous dance and music performances.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with both Chinese and Indigenous cultures through interactive workshops and stories passed down through generations. As the event coincides with Chinese New Year, we will also celebrate this important occasion with traditional festivities. This family-friendly event promotes unity, cultural understanding and mutual respect, embodying the spirit of Australia Day. Everyone is welcome to come together and celebrate in this unique cultural experience.
