On Wednesday, 28 January 2026, Port Macquarie-Hastings Council will host Flavours of Australia at the Town Beach Amphitheatre. Delivered in partnership with the Birpai Local Aboriginal Land Council and local Elders, this free twilight community event (5:00 pm - 7:00 pm) will feature a Welcome to Country, cultural performances, markets and diverse food stalls. The evening promotes cultural learning and community connection while celebrating the national theme Reflect. Respect. Celebrate. through shared stories and cuisine.
