Australia Day in the City

Parade

Kickstart your celebrations with the massive Australia Day Parade!

The Australia Day Parade is one of the largest in the country featuring more than 3500 participants from 100+ community groups and cultural organisations. They are joined by marching bands, roving performers, giant characters, vintage vehicles, floats and a fly-past by an F-18 Hornet!

The Parade starts on Pulteney St at Hindmarsh Square at 6pm and travels down Pulteney St, North Terrace and King William Road to end up at ElderPrk for the concert and fireworks that follow.

Would you like to take part in the Parade? We are currently lookin for happy, smiling people to join our "Rainbow Echidna Group" that accompany our giant inflatable echidna on his travels. You can register to join this group as an individual, or as group of friends or family. Interested? Email matt@adcsa.com.au for more info!
