Her Excellency Ms Penelope Wensley AC, Governor of Queensland, and Mr Stuart McCosker invite you to an Open Day at Government Houseon Saturday 26 January, 2013.

Free entry.

Gates open from 10am until 3pm.

  • Walk through historic Government House (obtain your free ticket from the signposted ticket booth on arrival)
  • View informative displays in the Investiture Room
  • Enjoy a guided tour of the wonderful gardens and surrounds at 10.30am, 12noon and 1.30pm
  • Musical entertainment throughout the day
  • Enjoy a picnic on the lawns or purchase a drink and sausage sizzle

Strictly no on-site parking. Free parking is available at Norman Buchan Park (cnr Baroona and Rainworth Roads, Paddington) with free regular shuttle service to Government House.
