Come and see how much fun you can have dragon boating!All equipment supplied, including boats and paddles. Instruction provided. Free.Be prepared to get wet. Bring water and a hat.Minimum paddling age is 12 years old, but kids can have a lot of fun watching and laughing at your technique!This event is run by Dragon Boat NT and local competitive paddling club Arafura Dragons.Dragon boating involves paddling a long, narrow boat, which holds up to 22 people. The sport originated in China and is now all over the world.Team work is essential, and timing and technique are more important than strength.Why not use this Australia Day to have go at something different? Come and try dragon boating!
