The 2010 Australia Day Lunch proudly sponsored by Australia Post brought together Queensland corporate business and community leaders to celebrate our national pride.

The annual lunch was held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 22 January 2010. Guests were treated to 3 course meal of Queensland's finest produce and were entertained with a fantastic line up of acts.

Opening act, Soul Mystique captivated the audience with their high impact Latin dance routine combined with magical costume change.  Other highlights were Tyus Arndt from the Torres Strait who performed a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem.  Guest speaker, Academy Award winning film maker Adam Elliot, entertained guests with wit and humour about his experience as an Aussie attending the Oscars.

Australia Day activities in Queensland are proudly supported by the Queensland Government and assisted by the Australian Government through the National Australia Day Council.
